All PSInSAR™ data on this web-site are shown for demonstration purposes only. Products are provided without warranty of any kind, and all warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded. Common to all geodetic measurements, PS data should be interpreted by geologists, geophysicists and/or engineers in order to get a "risk factor" related to the area of interest. A red point does not give enough reasons to worry about it as a green point is not a guarantee of stability.
On the other hand, PSInSAR™ data can provide useful information that can help experts in updating and improving local hazard maps. Please note that all PS displacement measurements are referred to a radar benchmark considered motionless. In any case, TRE will not be liable for any geo-physical, geological and/or structural interpretation of PSInSAR™ data and for damages to thirds parties deriving, directly or indirectly, from (including but not limited to) the following post-processing actions: (i) further processing of the PS information; (ii) interpretation (geological, geotechnical, etc.) and integration of PSInSAR™ data with different kind of information and data (LIDAR, GPS, optical, in situ, etc.); (iii) presentation and publication of the PS information.
